At Vintage Wholesale, we aim to ensure your inventory meets your expectations, but please note that due to the unique nature of pre-loved items, returns are only accepted for significant grading errors or damaged goods. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Submit a Request
Email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the items that do not meet the specified grade or condition.
Wait for Approval
Our quality control team will review your claim within 48 hours to confirm the discrepancy and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back using a tracked shipping service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or credit will be issued within 5 business days.
